The Korea Non-Commissioned Officer Policy Development Association hereby announces the convening of the International NCO Exchange Forum 2026, 

to be conducted under the auspices of the International NCO Exchange Network.

This Forum is established as a high-level international platform aimed at facilitating substantive dialogue, advancing professional cooperation, 

and promoting the systematic exchange of knowledge and experience among Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) 

from diverse national and institutional backgrounds.
